Returns Policy
All of our Mid Century & Vintage items are previously owned, and like all of us they will have some imperfections. We try to reflect these as best we can in our images and description.
Please feel free to contact us should you have any questions, require more images or wish to make an appointment to view the item in person (video call available for interstate clients).

If we have missed anything major (for example: major structural damage to the item that prohibits the item from fulfilling its original purpose) and as a result you wish to return the item, we offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Please be aware that the delivery and return fees are non-refundable and will be incurred by the client.
Please take the time to inspect the images and read the description. We do not accept 'change of mind' refunds. They are sold as is.

Shipping Policy
COURIER GUIDELINES:

Artz Vintage we make use of a handful of trusted third party couriers. The delivery will be completed by a single courier person, and may require the clients assistance in removing the item from the vehicle. Items are delivered to the property, couriers are not responsible for placing the item inside the premises.
Please inform us in advance if there are special delivery request, a need for a 2 person delivery team, or additional assistance required, charges may vary.

We will confirm a delivery day with the client in advance, and once confirmed the booking will be completed and the courier will allocate a slot for delivery. Specific time slots will be confirmed on the day of delivery, as routes and times may chance depending on traffic and late cancellations.
Clients need to provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes in delivery days or times. Late cancellations may result in clients forfeiting their delivery fee to cover the potential loss of income for the courier.
If the courier arrives at the premises on the confirmed delivery day and the client is not present to accept the item, it is within the couriers right to leave the item at the premises, or charge addition fees for the time spent waiting at the premises. It is also within their right to withhold the item until such fees have been paid. Should there be any dispute, the courier may return the item to the Warehouse until the outstanding fees have been paid, or the matter is settled. The client will be responsible for all courier costs incurred.
If the client refuses to accept delivery the courier will return the item to the Warehouse and it will be clients responsibility to arrange their own courier to collect the item form our Warehouse. The Artz Collection will charge the client for addition costs incurred to return the item to the warehouse, as well as storage fees.
Please note that should you incur any loss or damage as a result of using the third party for delivery, The Artz Collection can not be held liable or accountable. We do our utmost to ensure that the goods are packed and delivered in the condition that we had advertised them, but bear in mind that certain things are not within our control. Additional insurance can be included at an extra cost, please contact us if you wish to include freight insurance.
Clients are welcome to collect items or book a courier of their choosing, please check that the payment has been successful prior to collecting your item.

We can also provide clients with a list of our trusted couriers, should the client prefer dealing with one of our couriers directly.
Collections
Clients can opt to collect their purchase or use their own courier.

We do not share our clients personal details with third party vendors, and we endeavour through the use of technology and various security applications to ensure that your data is encrypted and protected.

It is however impossible for us to In order to complete the delivery of your purchases without sharing some of your personal details with our couriers. Only the necessary details such as name, contact numbers and delivery address will be passed to those third parties.
