Australian Vintage Executive Desk in Teak

A gorgeous Australian made free standing Executive Desk in Teak.
 
It is the equisite grain that drew our attention and ultimately motivated us to restore it to its former glory.
 
The desk has a very large desktop space - ideal for those working on a multitude of screens, files and documents. To the left you have three deep drawers thaht glide open with ease. We've tidied up the drawers with a beautiful printed drawer lining.
 
The desk is completely finished along the back and side wich means you can place it facing the room. The corner unit is also ideal if you wish to maximise he space in a room.
 
Constructed from teak, teak veneer and timber construct. The desk sits firm on raised sqaure legs, extremely solid and sturdy pieces.
 
The desk top has been restored and refinished using our natural hard wax oils and looking great! The construction is sturdy, and all of the drawers run smoothly. It displays a number of  surface marks and repairs, but overall in great vintage condition.
 
*Underneath the desk we found the words 'Gordon & Gotch' - which leads us to believe that this desk was once used in their offices. Possibly long before they changed their name to the Ovato Group.
