MCM Danish Teak Highboard with Bureau
Exceptional quality high-board in golden Danish Teak.
A multi functional masterpiece. To the top left there is a drop down bureau with open storage hutches ideal for paperwork or books, 5 sliding felt lined drawers and space to store your laptop. The ideal height for seating and working without slouching.
To the top right the cabinet has a beautiful drinks/cocktail cabinet with patterned glass back and a tinted half shelf. Below it an open hutch for display items. There are 5 drawers that run across and they display one of our favourite details of this piece - the handles! The curved handles remind me of the waves back home and I can’t help but wonder who spent their time making these by hand. Below you have three deep cabinets with ample storage for crockery or books or records. And again, we cant help but notice the handles.
This piece is in excellent vintage condition with dovetailed joinery and solid timber edging. Minor marks and imperfections here and there and lovingly restored by The Artz Collection Team. Available at our Northcote Warehouse
